The facilities in Musicbox include:

  • Metronome that beats with bar sliding from side to side.
  • Speeds range from 20 to 240
  • Selection of sounds:
    • Full blooded tock;
    • crisp loud ping;
    • quiet descreet tick;
    • silent;
    • your own sound files may be used.
  • Speed can be adjusted without stopping.
  • Next tick can be advanced or delayed with single keypress.
  • Tempo can be measured by tapping key in time to music, and metronome is set accordingly. The longer you tap, the more accurately it is measured.
  • A full featured stop-watch is available for timing.
  • An elegant piano keyboard is playable from the top 2 rows of keys on the key-pad.
  • 8 different sound qualities available.
  • Tunes can be recorded and played back by tapping key.
  • Transposition available.
  • Complete volume control.
  • Any single note can be sounded continuously for tuning instruments. Especially good for piano tuning.
  • Pitch can be finely adjusted at 1Hz increments, for all international tuning standards.
