    Customer Relation Manager lets you register:

  • Company inforation on the companies that you are in contact with (customers and suppliers).
  • User information on the users/customers that you communicate with.
  • Task information on the customer task that you are handling. The type of task can be Support Task, Enhancement request or Contract Negotiation. You can keep track of status information on each task (Open, Waiting on client, Waiting on supplier, Completed or Cancelled).
  • Public notes and Internal notes on the progress of the customer tasks.
  • Product information on the products you are selling, reselling, supporting etc. Each task can be related to a product and each product is related to a supplier.

    Based on this information the program can generate:

  • Task reports on specific customer tasks.
  • Lists of all active tasks of a specific user.
  • Lists of all tasks of a specific status.
  • Lists of all tasks related to a specific product or a specific supplier.

    New in version 1.2.4:

  • Better layout of internal notes for list generation in txt-mode.
  • Fixed error in list where no supplier was specified.
  • Fixed heading of lists where no product was selected.

    New in version 1.2.2:

  • Support for the Opera web browser added.
  • Fixed "Not supported" error during startup and when generating lists.

    New in version 1.1:

  • New icons show if notes have been placed on the current company or person. By clicking the icon the related note can be edited directly.
  • You can now see if there are internal task notes behind the public task notes without having to switch view to the internal notes (and vise versa).
  • Lists are now generated correctly with the short cut commands Ctrl-O, Ctrl-W, Shift-Ctrl-W, Ctrl-C and Ctrl-X.
  • A new "Target Date" item has been added to the Task section, so that you can specify when you expect to complete a task.
  • Some screen redrawing has been removed to make navigation a little faster.
  • The correct CRM icon is shown during startup and in the about box.
    If you are upgrading from a version prior to 1.1 remember to upgrade your data file by running CRMUpg11.opo.
